This policy explains what information LucasJensen.com collects, why it is used, which services may receive it, and the choices available to you.
1. Who operates this site
LucasJensen.com is operated by Jensen Creative Works LLC in Denver, Colorado. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Jensen Creative Works LLC and Lucas Jensen. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to halo@lucasjensen.com.
2. Information you provide
We receive information you choose to provide when you email us or submit an inquiry, such as your name, email address, project details, preferred timing, location, and any other information included in your message. Please do not submit sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry.
3. How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, discuss and provide requested photography or creative services, maintain business records, prevent misuse, improve the site and customer experience, and comply with legal obligations. We do not add inquiry contacts to a marketing list without a separate opt-in.
4. Site analytics
Framer hosts this site and provides built-in analytics. Framer states that its analytics do not use cookies or persistent identifiers and use a daily rotating hash of IP address and user-agent information to produce anonymized traffic counts. We use those aggregate measurements to understand page visits, traffic sources, and site performance.
5. Cookies and third-party services
LucasJensen.com does not currently use advertising pixels, Google Analytics, or an on-site affiliate tracking link. The inquiry flow opens a Notion-hosted form, and video links open YouTube only after you choose them. Those services operate under their own privacy and cookie practices. Simply loading a LucasJensen.com page does not require you to load the Notion form or YouTube player.
6. Affiliate links and future tracking
Some future pages may contain affiliate links. If you use one and complete a qualifying purchase, Jensen Creative Works LLC may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. A clear disclosure will appear near the recommendation and link. Before any affiliate tracking is activated, this policy will be updated to identify the relevant network or merchant, the information involved, and any consent or choice required.
7. How information is shared
We may share information with service providers that help us host the site, receive inquiries, communicate, maintain records, or deliver requested services. Current site services include Framer and, when you choose to use them, Notion and YouTube or Google. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Retention
We keep inquiry and business information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested services, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations. Retention periods vary with the nature of the inquiry and any resulting client relationship.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
You may choose not to submit an inquiry and may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where required or permitted by law.
10. Security, children, and external sites
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to this small business, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Links to other sites are governed by those sites’ own policies.
11. Changes and contact
