These terms set the ground rules for using this portfolio and explain how recommendations, third-party links, inquiries, and photography rights are handled.
1. Acceptance
By using LucasJensen.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Jensen Creative Works LLC in Denver, Colorado.
2. Portfolio and services
This site presents photography, creative work, product concepts, and general information about available services. Site content is not a binding quote or contract. An inquiry does not create a client relationship or reserve a date. Project scope, pricing, usage rights, payment, cancellation, delivery, and other terms are established only in a separate written agreement.
3. Copyright and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, writing, design, branding, and other original material on this site are owned by Lucas Jensen, Jensen Creative Works LLC, or their licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, download, reproduce, publish, sell, train a commercial model on, remove attribution from, or otherwise exploit site content without prior written permission or an applicable license.
4. Third-party material and links
The site may reference or link to third-party services, products, videos, forms, social platforms, or websites. Those services control their own content, availability, privacy practices, terms, and transactions. A link does not transfer responsibility for a third party’s service to Jensen Creative Works LLC.
5. Affiliate disclosure
Some future recommendations may use affiliate links. If you purchase through such a link, Jensen Creative Works LLC may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
